Really great design! These cost six bucks at the feed store; which isn't a lot.... BUT, six bucks of filament goes a long way with this design.

It sure does.
Thanks for the compliment!

This (and your feeder) are great! Thanks for sharing them! We just rescued a few chicks and were looking for a dish when I found this fabulous design.

I printed this on a Prusa Mk2.5 with standard .20mm 100mms Linear Advance in PLA. It's holding water just fine despite a 20% infill with only 2 perimeters. (I saw your note about extra perimeters after I'd already printed and put this into use).

Awesome. Glad to hear it!
These worked great for us till about 6 or 7 weeks if I remember correctly. Then they outgrew them :-(
LOL. Ours are no longer little peeps (3 months old now).
Hopefully the locking bowl worked for you. I never printed that one.
It was an upgrade/after-thought after we used the non locking one.
As they got taller, we put them up on a couple small paint cans to elevate them which helped keep shavings out of them.

The locking bowl works great. I'll get around to posting makes eventually.

They're great models, thanks again for sharing them.
