I made this lighting kit for the MK3 because I bought a new lens to film the printing. The macro lens needs a lot more light when the aperture is set high (required to get a decent depth of field).
There are a lot of files for this project, I suggest not to download everything but only the ones (filetype) that is relevant for you.
I published a video on my youtube channel where you can see the build and a couple tips/tricks related to the build and installation.
Thanks for watching and good luck with the build! Please share your experiences so I can improve the models and instructions that I share in the future.

I’ve printed these lights in both PLA and PETG. At first I expected PLA to be sufficient but with the build finished I did notice that the led’s get rather hot, even with the heatsinks. I recommend that you use a material that is capable of handling a bit higher temperatures than PLA. I used PETG in the final design and haven’t had issues yet.
Suggested basic print settings:
0.3mm layer height
2 or 3 perimiters
2 or 3 bottom solid layers
2 or 3 top solid layers
