Hello ! I have some questions: how long did it last, the PLA pulley? was heating a problem? was it brittle? Can you please upload a version for 5mm motor shaft? Can you please also upload the wheel pulley. Best regards, Adrian

Hello Adrian, I still have that PLA pulley until today, I'm really impressive how strong it is of course you need print with 85 to 100% infill, no heating problems but I don't recommend you leave that stand direct in the sun for a while. About the Wheel pulley I use one I found for other Autor, he has a lot of wheel pulleys for different kind of wheels https://www.thingiverse.com/JuniorPotato93/designs , give me more details about the 5mm shaft then I can help you.

I know it`s not going to be as fast a brushless motor but I like to experiment :). That is why I need a bore of 5mm on the pulley. Cheers, Adrian

Ok but I don't think the 5mm shaft can hold the pulley for itself, I'm going tray to add a screw hole

No problem, sorry for not notify to you the pulley is ready, You need to use 3mm screws and push the nuts into the holes. I hope works for you.

hi again! unfortunately, I can not find a HTD 5m wheel pulley with a smaller diameter for these kind of wheels and I do not how to design that pulley profile in Fusion. Is there a standard tooth profile that I can use and trace it in Fusion? I will include 2 photos: first one is the wheel diameter and second one is a section from the smallest (36T) I could find;

you need to use a smaller pulley like a 26T, I don't know Fusion, I only use AutoCAD and Solidworks, but I can help you with that if yo want I can design one for you, is not a big deal
