I redesigned WhittM's mount to be a bit simpler. This purpose of the mount is to ensure that the X and Y belts do not rub on the aluminum extrusions. This is a flaw with Creality's design as the belts mount to the carriages above the extrusion but the motor pulleys are below the extrusion, forcing the belt to go through the t-slot opening.
The mount will install on the Y-axis with NO modifications. However, the X-axis plastic motor mount will need to be modified to fit the X-axis. WhittM's version does not have quite enough material removed. I will try to upload better pictures, but I basically cut off the black leg with my dremel. You will not be able to use this screw anymore, but it is not necessary anyway.
No fasteners are required for install but you will need one pulley for each axis. I used a toothless GT2 idler pulley with 5mm bore. Five of these cost $10 on amazon here:
I haven't check to see if this will work on the CR-10 or similar printers but it should fit in any standard 20mm t-slotted aluminum extrusion.
I made this out of ABS since I had it on hand but PETG would be better. I recommend a high infill to make sure the rod is properly supported.
