The insulators and resistors on the colander used on Vinz Clortho's interrogation hat in the ghostbusters film are not easy to find, but are easy to print. The colander is 7 star 9 inch, I got it off ebay for $12.
The small insulator uses 6-32 3/4 inch screws to secure it, The taller ribbed insulator and the straight insulator use 1-1/4 inch 6-32 screws, and the 7 resistors use 1 inch screws.
I've included the 3 types of resistors you can print, (all remixes) The remixes allow for the centre core to be printed separately in a different colour, the design also allows for a wire to be inserted so the resistor leads look real. You can flatten the ends if you'd like, but it isn't necessary since the connectors go on top.
I painted the Mc250 Cal-R resistor with brass coloured paint before I jammed the core into the shell. The other two resistors are plain PLA.
The 3 types of insulators I was able to figure out from the movie, and the great folks at the GBfans website.

Logan did an incredible job!
Most of the wires are accurate, but it was almost impossible to get everything right. the "tail" was a ribbon cable in the film, but I just didn't have the energy to glue the wires together.
the Pro-tec chin strap is made of white leather (thin) it's 4 pieces. the cup, the cup-surround and the two straps. I used leather glue and clamps to get the creases where the straps join the cup, then I glued on the two elastics. ( just like the one in the movie.) I made a cup press in order to shape the chin cup ( And to hold it for gluing), then a "pro-tec" stamp to put the pro-tec logo on. ( included in the thing files). I used acrylic paint on the stamp lightly brushed on, then just pressed it into the chin cup. The results are pretty good.
The chin straps are secured with some old hockey helmet snaps. The Vince ears STL file is the equivalent snap from the helmet, but made to fit over the 6-32 screw that is also used to secure the insulator ( Make those two screws 1"). The nut passes right through without interfering with the snap action. It's a bonus that the chin strap then swivels.
