Printable parts to adapt ChilLED GEN2 or RapidLED 140 pin heatsinks to 1.0 inch aluminum 80/20 extrusions.

-To secure endcaps, tap each end of 1.0 inch extrusion with 1/4-20 threads.

-to secure ChilLED gen2 heatsinks use countersink 6-32 x 1.0 inch long machine screws
-to secure RapidLED 140mm pin heatsinks to 3D printed part, use m3 countersink machine screws. 16mm long.
What you need to print for one LED bar.
(2) x ENDCAP 1IN
(2) x PIN 1IN. TNUT for each 140mm pin heatsink that you have.
there are two models uploaded here.
a. "normal tolerance" should slide easily in your aluminum 1 inch extrusion.
b.."tight tolerance" will have some friction . you may file or sand this one to suite how "tight" you want the pin heatsinks to fit the rails.
(4) ChilLED 1IN. TNUT if you have chilled boards. You need four of these little blocks per chilled heatsink. One at each corner of the heatsink.
What you need to buy to make bars like LOKI GRO on Instagram:
-you will need 36inch to 47 inch long aluminum extrusions. His came from "TNUTZ"
the profile is 1.0 inch x 1.0 inch "10 series" with 6mm slot. His are 42 inches long
you will obviously need 2 extrusions per led "bar"
-you will need to select "end tapping" 1/4-20 on both sides of each extrusion. The supplier www.tnutz.com will do this for you for a tiny upcharge.
-you will need to buy the machine screws that fit the end tap. You can buy these directly from TNUTZ.
-the other hardware may, or may not have come with your pin heatsinks, but it is listed in the links above.
