Small casting flask.
I often need to cast small parts in Thermo-stable materials or resins.
This flask is a convenient way to hold 2 part silicone rubber to make the molds.
It should hold 140 ml when filled to the top, or 70ml when half filled.
Subtract the volume of your part from 140 ml (or 70) and you should come close to making the correct volume of two part silicone for the mold.
1) Tape the hole in the botom. This hole is the "Blow out" hole for demolding.
2) Put the base in the cylinder and wrap the seam with tape.
3) Put a cross of tape vertically, across the bottom and up the sides.
