Are the lids supposed to be secured on in any fashion?

No, depending on how precise your printer is, you might get a slight snap to putting the lids on, but at this scale and maintaining the simple design it's mostly just resting on the bucket.

I'm currently printing a bunch of these to give out on Halloween. They have just enough space to fit 2 starburst candies inside. 10% infill, hatchbox orange PETG, 0.15 mm layer height.

That's a really cool idea, good for you, those are some lucky kids in your neighborhood.

I printed these on my MP Select Mini at 200%, .13 Layer Height, 40% Infill with PLA and they look great!!!

That's great to hear! I haven't had the time to experiment with a larger size so this is very encouraging to hear. Very cool.
