This is wallet I made based heavily off Brandon2255p's design. I made it so that it can hold up to six 2 euro coins (or any other combination of coins). You can also use the slots for folded paper money (I guess xD)
The hinge on this case is much stronger and also I made it so that it actually clicks close. Very satisfying and your cards and money will be safe.
The 2 openings in the front are so that you can push the money out (or your shopping cart coins :))
Very easy to print. Print everything flat (as the seperate parts are shown in the 3D rendering)
Print without supports, print with brim (i used 8 lines) and make sure everything is so close together that the brims touch :)
Step 1. Insert the lever
Be gentle, but not too gentle. Insert the lever in the correct orientation in the bottom of the wallet.
If you're really worried it's gonna break you can cut some material of the inner lever-axis on the wallet case to make it go in smoother. I didn't need to though :)
Step 2. Insert the lid and the filament hinge
Insert the lid on the top and put a piece of filament trough the holes (it's made for 1.75mm filament).
Let the filament stick out 2 or 3mm on both sides. Heat up something flat and metal and press down to create a little flange on both sides.
Step 3. Glue the logo (optional)
If you printed the front-side logo (or designed our own) glue it to the frontside.
Step 4. Fill your wallet and post your make
Please show me what you made! I love seeing my designs printed :)
