This Raspberry case designed to be mounted on the alu side plating of an Orca v0.4x. I'm using a RPi with a modified version of Prontrface during printing.
Some holes in the case are closed, I don't expect that you will use the audio jack and/or video connector of your RPi (at least I don't). The lids has some holes in order to passive airflow through the case.
Please note that this is a WIP, the alignment of the holes is not perfect (yet). At the moment you can mount the case using 2 bolts.
For an Orca v0.43 you don't have to drill any holes in the aluminium.
Print the case and the lid. Mount the case to your Orca using the following parts:
3x M3 8 mm bolt,
3x M3 Plain washers,
3x M3 nuts.
Optional: a 30 cm USB cable to connect to the Gen6 deluxe board (they do exist).
The holes in the case are a little bit small, you can use a drill to make hem a little bit wider.
Be careful not to use longer bolt, you don't want to short-circuit your Raspberry Pi!
The lid is a tight fit in the case, there is not need to use glue or anything. Both parts can be printed without support.
