This is a replacement for the polyplastic window hinges of my motorhome, one of which came apart (!)
It has to be printed standing up for rigidity so a brim is required. The model length is 150mm, you can use multiple pieces to fill the required gap in the window hinge.
The form is identical to the original (pictured above in clear plastic) so it is a glue-in replacement
Devil Design PETG
Print upright with a brim so slicing will be optimal for rigidity.
I used epoxy glue (the long curing time one) to fix this to the window frame and it has been fine.
Make sure that all previous glue residue is removed from the window. I used a ~10mm steel pipe to ream it. Glue the printed part on and follow the advice on the label about curing time.
I take no responsibility for broken windows or any other damage resulting from this!
