Thanks for the design. I had tolerance issues with my print outs after the first set. So I ended up using the original size base, 102% nut and 97% bolt as well as original sized nut, 98% base and 95% bolt. These were all still tight with friction but after a couple of times turning them they have an acceptable tightness to them for me. I did the resizing directly in Cura prior to slicing the files. I hope this can help others with similar issues.

I found this tricky to assemble in its current form, but it did go together after attention from some fine sandpaper and a little lubrication.

The threads on the small inner bolt are great, and assemble like a professionally-made part when printed at 0.1mm. I wonder if whatever's being used to produce the threads in Tinkercad is having trouble with the unusually huge diameter of the outer thread, and is generating wonky geometry - even after having more clearance added it's very stiff and "coggy" - I can feel the individual triangles of the 3d model click past as I turn the nut. Like I say, though, it did assemble after a little finishing.

Will find out if it's air-tight at the weekend, when I unpack my new spool of Prusament (and thus have a bag to test it with).

The resolution of the stl files is too low. The threads are unusable like that - can you upload a version with a higher resolution?
