Simpel jig for 1.75mm PTFE tube (4mm OD), having:
- 45° and 60° degree chamfer tool (works like pencil sharpner)
- straight 13, 15, 19, 44.2 and 50mm cutting tool
The 50/13mm tube lengths is used for Prusa I3 MK2 to MK3 E3D extruder assembly.
- Sharp blade knife for cutting (9mm blade)
- Center drill for an easy way to make 60° degree inside chamfer (eBay Search for Center Drill) - Or a regular 4mm drill as an alternative
See photos for usage.

2 perimeters, 3 bottom and 4 top layers.
The 45°/60° degree chamfer tool may need to have the hole cleaned with a 4mm drill/reamer as it has to be a tight fit to work properly.

For some hot ends the external chamfer angle is now 60° degrees - this made me add a tool for this angle.
To make it easier to distinguish the tools, they are marked with 45 and 60.
Both tools can be found in the files section.
