Remix from streth11's Snub Cube, this is intended as a conversation piece at the Kauai Makerspace IC@KCC conference room. Small holes are well sized for poster markers and dry erase markers (USA, ~18.5mm body diameter), which we use with clients for prototyping jam sessions.
The rough texture and red color are deliberate, to provide discussion points about 3D printing and break the ice with visitors unfamiliar to the technology.

Post processed with a quick heat gun twice-over to melt/smooth down artifacts from supports. Intentionally bowed a tiny bit to create touch of concavity to base, allowing the holder to rotate/spin on conference table. (Has been used as a fidget spinner more than once...)
Was created using Meshmixer. Plane cut in half of Snub Cube, then simple cylinder base meshmixed in.
