This is a foldable launchpad for FPV racing. It was designed for the AMAXinno Racing 5 frame, so you can tilt your quad forwards on the launchpad and then just full-throttle forward as the race starts, but you can probably use any X-style frame you want with it. If you don't want to start tilted, this can still work just as a normal launch table to keep your props out of the grass.
As I often drive via motorcycle to the fpv spots, I have to pack everything into one backpack. This is why I made this design foldable. It measures under 20mm thick when folded and fits perfectly into my transmitter case.
If you're using betaflight and your quad doesn't hold it's angle when you pitch forward on the launchpad, you can either add ~5% of throttle or use some OpenTX magic to override your throttle with -85 when you go into launch mode. If you're interested in this and don't know how to do it, just ask and I may do a tutorial.
2x M3 hex nut
2x M3 16mm screw
2 small strips of rubber
double-sided sticky tape
something to keep it from falling forwards (e.g. tent pegs, screwdriver, weight)
To create your launchpad, just print the part 2 times (it's symmetric) and add a M3 hex nut and a 16mm M3 screw into the appropriate holes. The type of filament doesn't really matter I think, but mine seems to hold up just fine with PETG. The notches on top are for a rubber pad (I cut a smartphone rubber mat), so your quad doesn't move when you tilt it forwards.
Use small tent pegs to hold the back down when tilting the quad, or just insert something long (e.g. screwdriver) into the holes in the front so it doesn't fall over.
