I have printed this on a Prusa i3 M3 and the tolerances are very tight. Is there a way to improve the tolerances?

I have the same issue. Printed on an i3M3, with 0.2 layer height. The inner pieces are difficult to move, and the outer ones won't fit on at all.

Thanks for the clarification

Your Statement 'takes 3 moves to remove the first piece once assembled'

Does it take 3 moves to remove the first piece or two move and then the third move is removing the first piece?

My puzzle only takes two moves before I can then remove the first piece.

Hi Jeffery,
I believe the convention amongst puzzle people is to count the removal as a move itself, so it is indeed two moves before you can do the third move, which is the move which removes the piece. So your version of the puzzle is correct, and you will be able to make two moves prior to the third move which removes the first piece. I will amend the thingiverse description slightly to ensure clarity, thanks for the feedback!

If you are interested in the topic, you can see that this puzzle is classed as 3.2.2.4.1.1.3 (on http://puzzlewillbeplayed.com/999/Razorbill/ ) which means the third move removes the first piece, the fifth move removes the second piece, the seventh move removes the third piece, the eleventh move removes the fourth piece, etc. (i.e. 3, 3+2, 3+2+2, 3+2+2+4, ....)

Cheers

Jez
