Low profile case that allows mounting a 5v regulator and a Rasberry Pi 3 onto the bottom of the A30 controller case. Also included are the legs to raise the box up accordingly.
After printing the base, drill and tap all 10 screw bosses for 4-40 screws. I use 4-40 x 3/8" pan heads for the lid and 1/4" for the RasPi Board. You will have to solder the power wires to the Raspi connector as there is not enough room in the box for the push-on connectors. I drilled a hole in the A30 box case to run 24v DC wires from the power supply to the voltage regulator. There is a small hole in the back of the box to run 5v power or 12v power out of the box to accessories on the printer. The 4 1/8" holes in the box are for screws to mount the box to the A30 controller, you can drill these anywhere you want really and attach to the controller with screws and nuts. The camera cable fits out the narrow vertical slot in the case and the USB cable fits into the big rectangular slot. I use a RasPi 3 so it has wifi built in.
