Remove hinged base from Logitech C920
Follow the instructions in this video. And if possible, try to use a JIS screwdriver for the screws you need to remove, so you don't strip the heads.
This elaborate instructables explains the difference between what may look like a Phillips screw but is not really.
I loved FedorSosnin's design for the camera mount system and wanted to use it with my Logitech C920. However, when it came down to mounting time, I realized I didn't have compatible screws/hardware. I recently learned how to use meshmixer, so I tried to merge the designs of the Ender 3 Rail Camera Mount by Dauler with the mount from FedorSosnin's thing.
For the printer mount: My first two customizations/modifications were the clip and baserail versions. which were a little sloppy(design wise). While the clip legs broke as I was trying to clip it onto the rail, I never ended up taking apart the base to slide the baserail version onto the printer. The y axis slip on version was going to take the least tinkering with tools I figured. And that's the version I am sharing. (If there's interest in the clip and baserail versions, I will gladly share those as well)
For the actual camera mount: I merged two of FedorSosnin's files so there was no nut required to mount the camera onto the ball.
