Hello Buzzkc, Is it possible to send me the list of needed materials please?
I am new with this but I want to make your nice K40 rotary but I don't see the list of needed materials.

Parts Required
5/16x18 threaded rod (or 8mm)
four 608-2rs skate bearings
small m3 nuts and bolts 12mm & 16mm to attach pulleys, adjusting sliders, and stepper motor
eight 5/16x18 lock nuts (or 8mm shaft collars)
Nema17 stepper motor
Four 30mm inside diameter rubber O-rings
Pulleys that were mentioned in the description & a GT2 closed loop belt (I used these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B074W229W1)

What is the difference between with the files with 125mm in the name and the ones without?

They are a bit wider

Could you post your config file to please? Having trouble to get my A-Axis moving!

I've update this thing with the mirrored bases included to make printing easier.

Did you build the Laser CNC? Or modify something?

It's a Chinese K40 laser, upgraded with a Cohesion3d mini controller card, which has drivers for both the both Z.and. A axis.

I like what you did to my original rotary design. I didn't think about adjustable rotary width. NICE!!!

Thanks for posting the original.I'm currently using 1/2 plywood for the base. I plan to also cut out the wood base below the work area to maybe gain back that additional height to the bottom of the cabinet. I may have to make the rollers a bit smaller, but should be able to get close to 3 1/2" - 4" and still be at focal length for engraving.
