I could use some help from someone who has printed these. Whenever I slice it, it prints one layer on the bottom then about 12 empty layers with nothing, then 2 layers that are supposed to be the top of the little curve. I have tried changing tons of settings but it always has the same result. I am using cura 3.5 if that makes a difference.

I may have figured it out, there is an option called print thin walls that I had never seen before so we will see if it works once my printer is sitting around unused again.

I think you're probably correct, although your nozzle diameter could be an issue. I printed it with a 0.35mm nozzle.
Good luck.

Solid effort mate, had to make an account just to let you know its a fantastic design.

Used flexible wire and had to modify it a little to fit in my jig.

Shoots just like a store bought one from my 70lb bow.

keep up the good work.

Brilliant, good to know it works (albeit with a little work).

Cheers

How would I go about sizing this for a specific shaft size?

Thanks for the design, made the fletchings to fix an old arrow. I've shot it through my homemade whisper biscuit and a flight had fallen by the second shot, purely down to being poorley stuck on, stuck it back on and i don't think it'll come back off. Just to round it up, its ok on a whisper biscuit or similar, though untested on an arrow shelf so i might test that another day. Thanks again.
