In my apartment there are some plants on an overhead shelf which are too heavy to water without spilling most of the water.
I was looking for a peristaltic pump, but all I found were simple pumps. These pumps need a geared motor for each pump. So I´ve begun to create a multistage pump, so you can combine as many peristaltic stages as you want.
You need the Alpha_und_Omega.stl for fixing the geared motor and bearing on the driveshaft.
The three small holes on the outside are threaded for M3 and the four in the center for M4.
The bearings for the baseplate are simple 606ZZ bearings.
I´ve used an old 24V SAYAMA RB-35GM-E35-24 motor but I don´t know where you could buy it. It seems very old...
Maybe you can find a similar geared motor to fit to the baseplate, or you could create one by yourself.
For the driveshaft I´ve used a 6mm axle. With an angle grinder I ground a face of about 1mm from one side for the full length. It´s connected to the motor with a shaft coupling that I found in my workroom.
For each peristaltic stage you need one times the Flik-Flak-Gehaeuse.stl and two times the Rotator.stl.
The Rotator.stl needs all in all four bearings 608ZZ, two hex socket screws M3x10 and two hex nuts M3.
After printing the Flik-Flak-Gehaeuse.stl, the three small holes on the outside must be threaded for M3.
Stick in 6mm flexible tube through the input-/output holes, as long as you need.
Cut a 150mm length of 6/10mm silicon hose and put it above the 6mm tube. I´ve fixed them air-tight with small zip ties. It works well!
For adding another stage, you print Flik-Flak-Gehaeuse.stl and two times the Rotator.stl. Again, modify them as outlined above and screw the assembly upside down to the first stage with three hex socket screws M3x25.
You can repeat this up to the length of your driveshaft, or until your motor is too weak.
This project is still in the development phase.
If you have ideas or suggestions for improvement, tell me!
Summary (one stage):
4x 608ZZ (per stage)
3x hex socket M3x25 (per stage)
2x hex socket M3x10 (per stage)
3x hex socket M3x16
2x hex nut M3 (per stage)
6mm flexible tube
150mm 6/10mm silicone hose (per stage)
2 zipties (per stage)
Print without support and have fun!

Adding a Rotator for a 3mm wave and a Flik-Flak-Gehaeuse for another geared motor.
Adaptor for a NEMA17 motor is coming soon!
