The original doorman was a great idea, however, there were too many errors in the files.
Latest change is eyeholder v4, eyeballs were lowered 1mm to increase clearance to eyelids. I also added Mask v2 which has 2 small shelves under the eyes for Red LED's. Must have red glowing eyes to be evil. Used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073YCX8WW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1. LED can be red, blue white or green. This has not been printed yet, but it should work with no supports.
This is a work in progress, I believe all should print well and work.
I have included 3 files for the eyes. These are used for those that have the prusa MM2 multimaterial kit. You could also use these and change filament manually.
The eyelids have a bar so that they move as one making it easier to attach to servo.
The Standard PIR Sensor has a 23mm diameter. If you pry off the white dome, the sensor is about 9mm which is the same as a mini PIR. The hole in the head is a 9mm hole which should be good for a mini pir sensor and a standard sensor with the cover off.
Doorman face and bottom is not one piece so it will adhere to bed better and not had an unlevel bottom. I added a uno holder
The eye holder was completely redone and more tweaks are needed. However it can be used. The center servo holder was lowered so that it could control the lower eyelid and upper eyelid. The INO control file does not even use servo 4 and 5 which is eyes up and down. There is no way to connect the lower eyelid and only the top was used. I am hoping this will allow use of upper and lower eyelid
I made a 3d printed u joint to avoid trying to find a 3mm to 3mm u joint.
The bars in the original were too short. These have been made longer to fit better.
