This is a mounting adapter for the LipSync, a mouth operated sip-and-puff joystic that allows quadriplegics and other people with limited hand mobility to use touchscreen devices. Files to build a LipSync can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2800937
The adapter has a 1/2 inch NPT thread on one end to thread directly into the LipSync shell and a 1" ball and socket joint that fits into a RAM mount system.
