What scale should this be printed? I sliced off the points and just printed a thin section of the base and it seems a bit small.

It's sized to what I needed it for...it all depends on how big you want it. The ID is 100mm by design to give you an idea of how much you will need to increase the size.

I took the base of your crown and combined it with another idea to make a wonderful White Witches crown for a Narnia play. I would like to give you credit for a remix, but I am new at this. Looks like your license does not allow for remix. Was wondering if that was purposeful.

Changed the license. It was originally done as a design for someone's character and didn't want it used too many places. But it's not used much anymore.

I've been unable to get the Crown1.stl to print for a client without the lower spikes screwing up in some way. I'm starting to think that one spike is just the smallest of measurements larger than the others making it sit on the base plate while the others are forced to float. If you look at the object with the largest spike being #1, when going clockwise spike #3 always prints perfectly for me in all attempts while the rest fail. My other ideas are that the spikes are too thin to support or my MakerBot 5th gen doesn't think they need it and screws up. Neither of those explains one always printing correctly.

Tomorrow I will attempt the stl file with no lower spikes..

Awesome! Which costume was this for?

It's still a work in progress that my girl friend is making. I might put up some pictures when it's finished.
