2019/02/13 Version 2
Finally got around to thickening up the base by accidentally creating a dodecagon instead of a broad hex shape in Tinkercad and it all grew from there.
I pulled that file, the original cluster hex file and a resized version of Valandar's 25mm BaseRocky from Simple Bases and mashed them all together in 3d Builder (Win 10 app).
The intended effect is for the dodecagon to represent a sort of crystal "boil" pushing through the rock with daandruf's crystal being what actually bursts out. Hope you like the revision!
The print was sliced at Cura's standard Draft - 0.2mm settings, so printing at a finer resolution should yield a much tidier print.

Yet another Shadespire single hex terrain tile!
My first "design", a very rough and ready remix of daandruff's Crystal Cluster scaled twice the original size so as not to look too tiny on Darky-System's Shadespire Base.

Original Design - see summary for current revision build notes
Remixed using Fusion 360 (another "new" thing I'm learning), I pared back the base to 3mm thick for this remix, although in hindsight, if I'd have left it at 5mm, then there may have been opportunity to sculpt some flagstones and debris into it... you live and learn!
The only things that I can think need attention before printing are:
- The .stl exported from Fusion 360 is rotated 90 degrees off the X-axis
- Being twice the size, I thought it best to add supports and MatterControl added just three - see screenshot of MatterControl for reference. Others may choose not to have supports but being my first remix and running low on filament, I didn't want to ditch a whole model for something preventable.
Slicer view showing all three supports.
