This is a replacement clip for the Mepal lunchbox. i printed it myself (pictures included) but it broke almost instantly when i tried to operate it (despite the thinner section where it should bend a little).
even though broken, the piece fits perfectly and looks great. Till i make improvements on the design im gonna use the broken ones just to snap on and off ass they fit snuggly and dont fall off (need very little force to get off).
I think when u can print this in some more flexible filament than PLA, it will work great and dont need model improvement..
to be continued..
Printed on 0.1mm / 220c because the part is small, i had nothing else to print in the night and it was the only object on the printbed. If that happens i always stretch some settings to increase quality.
This is probably just as nice when printed on 0.2.
in version 2 i did cut-off a bit of the top part, so ther is a little room now for the bending to take place. The con that comes with this is that there is now a little gap from the top view when u look at the lunchbox. but see if it helps.
