A little box to hold up to 3 packs of King sized rolling papers, a standard Clipper Lighter and a packet of Roach Cards.
NEW VERSION INSTRUCTIONS
New and improved design, smaller, sleeker, now has an extra storage compartment and consists of only 2 parts.
OLD VERSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Top & Bottom Pieces Printed at 0.2mm layer height and 20% infill.
Smaller Pieces Printed at 0.1mm layer height and 100%infill.
All parts fit together via friction fit, no glue or bolts needs (although can be used). The dimensions, as are, worked well on my machine (Ender 3) however your success may vary depending on your tolerances. The connecting pins are very simple and easy to model if you need to change them slightly. Some holes may need a little filling/sanding for the best fit.
The box stays shut via the addition of 4*2mm neodymium magnets (X4).
You will need to print 2X Dual Loop Hinges, 2X Single Loop Hinges, 2 X long hinge pins, 4X short hinge pins, 2 X Lid Hinge Pins as well as the top and bottom parts.
When printing the hinges, supports should not be needed for inside the loops, supports
touching the build plate should be used however.
Use pliers to attach the hinge pins by compression.
Print all cylindrical hinge pins separately (annoying I know) as they will print a lot better if
1 pin is printed in one continuous nozzle movement.
- Avoid using any supports for main parts and print inside facing-up.
Enjoy and please share your progress if you decide to make this :)
