Designed to mount onto or assembled into the Ecksbot.

Inspired by, but not derived from:

scad file has switch to change mount type.

spacer=0 Clip-on mount
spacer=1 Use Hook in place of Spacers in Ecksbot build. (Untested!)

I recomend using a filament guide (thing:16267 V4)


Note: Released Flies more rounded than Pictured Prototype.

Update: Works with new EckerTech spools!

I printed the clip-on version, and it did clip to the ecksbot without me having to disassemble anything to install the spacer version. The clip was very tight though! I thought the part might have been slightly too big on one part, but with enough force I was able to get the clip on without modification.
