All the props required to cosplay as Sombra minus the clothing and gun. For all of these models an FDM printer using basic supports will work. Though you can use dissolvable supports, nothing requires it. Additionally, while FDM works for the lights, for best results we recommend that you print all of the lights on an SLA printer. Clearances are built in at 0.2mm but some pieces may require additional sanding to fit together.
For the EMP you will want to sew the backplate into your costume and then use 12mm diameter by 3mm thickness magnets to attach/detach it. Once printed it should be obvious where the magnets go. This is the same for the translocator pieces, except they use 6mm diameter by 3mm thickness magnets.
Epoxy should be good enough to attach most of the pieces to the coat/bodysuit. If the coat uses fabrics that epoxy doesn't adhere to, sew in small cotton patches and the epoxy will grab on to the patches.
For the silicone molds, you will want to hot glue them onto a flat surface with a matte texture as that is the side you will want facing up. We used foam core board to get a nice texture. Chances are you will have to do some cleanup here because it isn't perfect. To get the correct pink colour use Smooth-On's Mold Max 30 and add some of their Ignite Pink dye. Once cast and fixed up, you will want to attach these circuits to the gloves and hair. For this you will want to use Smooth-on Silpoxy. You will also likely need to have your hand in the glove while doing this, make sure you have a nitrile glove on because you do not want any of this on your skin. Additionally, to emulate Sombra's nails we just grabbed regular fake coffin nails from Amazon and epoxied them to the gloves. It also helps quite a bit to have a second person around to help you.
Everything that attached to the body suit portion of Sombra was epoxied on. We wrapped wax paper around the various body parts where the gluing was occuring to protect the skin. That said, we suspect for the parts that go onto the ankles, calves, and elbows, you'll want to use magnets instead of epoxy.
