I recently upgraded my Monoprice Maker Select to a Ramps board and thus had to change the screen to the RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller. Since I was using the original case, I was looking for a way to mount the smart controller without having to drill holes or cut a SD card slot in the case. I remixed the case by N1337XYZ by adding a second set of holes on the back piece in order to screw the mount on.
This mount bolts to the original screw holes for the original MP/Wanhao LCD screen. The back piece of the case mates into the mount and allows it to be adjustable. The back piece is also adjustable and can be bolted in a few different locations on the back of the case.
The pictures are the order in which I assembled it with the finished product posted first. This entire mount and setup is bolted together and attached with M3 screws/bolts. Not included with the files are the little spacers I used on the bolts that hold the case together. I had bolts that were a little too long, so I recommend somewhere between a 20-22mm long bolt (I used 25mm bolts). The M3 bolts were able to thread into the back part of the case with no problem.
I also used one M3 nut on the back mount. I heated up the nut so that way it would melt the plastic and melt into the mount.
This was printed without any supports, 20% infill, and I printed it with PLA.
