Will this work ok with PLA?

So this didn't work at all for my machine. Did anybody have to drastically change the flow rate of their machines to get the Ninja Flex to print properly? I've tried cutting the speed in half and upping the flow to 110% and the thing I printed was crappy. It looked like all of those under extrusion examples but I just can't get it to print flex right.

Did you read the description at my "Thing" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:231310 which I adviced you to read on your last question? I think the part headlined with "Notes concerning NinjaFlex prints" explains you in detail what to configure to be able to print NinjaFlex. At least it works flawless for me with my drive block and I'm sure this drive block over here is as good as mine.

I'm a newbie, can anybody guide me in installing this thing?

Description at my "Thing" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:231310 might help you a bit. I'm not sure how this base plate over here differs from my version 9 of it but concerning your questions there should not be much difference. I'm using my drive block along with NinjaFlex on one Duplicator 4 and 2 CTC Creator Dual printers without problems. But keep in mind printing NinjaFlex is even more a learning thing than a hardware problem. Printing NinjaFlex will typically only work if you have a direct drive extruder. Printers with bowden extruders will fail/jam.

does the 2.1 need this?

Does it work with the i3 ?

I have not used this one. But the ones (left and right one) from 852194 thingy. Works great on my Wanhao 4 dual extruders

Hi, can you publish solid model please? (.x_s or .x_b format)
And/Or make Left mirror model?
I just cant convert from solidworks format to Siemens NX 8( All i found cost too much...

Works like a charm. Using it on a 4S with the so called MK10 extruder. But am i correct in thinking i can just mirror this one for the left extruder?

Also after I print this what settings do you recommend for the duplicator when printing with ninjaflex?

Maybe the information on my driveblock helps concerning your NinjaFlex slicer questions:
Ignore the MK7,MK8 or MK9 naming. If Wanhao is changeing anything at the extruder they always increase the number. The spring loaded drive block concept was a community development upgrade which was invented when MK7 was state of art. Wanhao introduced it with MK9 but because of the ABS shaft of the bearing in the lever arm it will brake after heavy usage. They should have read more of the community posts when the copied the idea. That's why I descided to use a M3 screw for the lever shaft when I designed my version of the drive block in Juni 2013.

Is this for the left extruder or the right extruder? Also do you suggest abs or pla?

i have a duplicator 4 with MK9 extruder will this still help the over all peformance? i have many problems with running ninjaflex. slowed the feed down to 15mm and heat to 230c at extruder and 55c at platform. no luck still does not come out the extruder. it just balls up in the stepper motor.
