I would suggest you to throw at least the yellow and the cyan brush away.

Filament is not water tight will grow bacteria easily. You can test by putting a dab of ink with a pen on the wall and then drop alcohol on it, you will see the ink being absorbed by the printed part

You may be right about that.
The alternative, however, is to throw the toothbrushes loosely into the toilet bag ... together with the hairbrush, deodorant roller and other things that I don't like to rub on the bristles of my toothbrush.
What would be your suggestion to solve this problem?

BTW: As far as I know, the oral cavity is very robust against bacteria.....and just kills them.

Maybe paint it , use epoxy or vinil paint
