Are some of the window and door archways meant to be disconnected from the wall? Also, how come one of the windows on the left side isn't empty like the others (it still has the brickwork inside the window)?

Are you talking about the gap between the window and the wall which I marked in the attached image (gap.jpg)? It is an error in modeling. It would have been better to have solid connection, but I haven't noticed the gap until final print. At that point it was too hard for me to fix that. Besides the model prints ok without support in current condition.

As to your second question, it´s supposed to be an old door bricked later. Please see an attached picture the reference photo.

how big is this after assemble?

The size is: 55mm x 197mm x 120mm. I took one of my books and measured the size.
