Exactly what I was looking for.

Printed a couple using Cura to slice, rotated to sit upright on the bed with different settings, both came out superb looking and I can't see any visible deformations, problem is I can't get them to screw together, I tried 100% infill no support, rim bed adhesion at 195c and 210c on my CR10s.

Could you advise the settings you use please?

My printer is currently under construction so I haven't had the chance to print it myself.
But the 3D-drawing has a perfect fit so I would advice to set the flowrate for the outer shell(s) to 90% - 95%.
Giving it more clearance between the parts.

Let me know if it worked!

Ps. for my screw-box (model) I often use a little bit of olive oil to reduce friction created by the material (PLA in my case).
