A solution for a problem I'm not seeing on my machine. An alternative would be a light touch with a drill bit or countersink or round needle file to smooth the sharp corner (if there is one) on the sensor inlet. Of course, that's not as much fun as printing something....

Does the job but it's really squeaky

With just the bottom piece it works like a charm. I tried positioning the top piece but I immediately saw an issue. My filament holder was almost as far as possible towards the side. The top piece would cause the filament to be forced towards the printer instead of away of the printer. I do see that it will have a positive effect when everything is mounted like in your pictures.

So basically the top piece is only needed if the filament holder is not moved to the side already.

The 2 parts cannot be used on the printer at the same time, if you have prints higher than 33 cm.

The support of the cassette is too weak

yep - just look at the pic i posted in the "make" section

Well I'm dumb. I couldn't figure out how to print without supports so I'm now printing it with supports on the default axis. Derp. Should have layed it on it's side... wonder if I should stop the print and restart.

Just Wanna says thx ya
tired of clean those fragment

Great idea.. this has been my only pet peeve with the cr10-s pro thus far.. Printing this out now, thank you! Only request would be to make the top filament feeder piece usable without having to unscrew anything (like you did the lower piece).
