Weblock for 20mm wide webbings. WLL: 3kN.
Press the alum. pipe carefully into the weblock-body. It might helps to heat up the body by a heat fan (not until it melt), so it can adjust to the alum pipe nicely and keep sticking into the weblock body.
Breaking strength tests:
- PETG weblock-body: 7.53kN
- PLA weblock-body: 7.23kN
- Continue breaking strength test with broken weblock body but intact aluminium pipe: 12.05kN
I recommend PETG before PLA. Because PETG has a more uniform static than PLA and the higher melting point makes the weblock longer lasting concerning friction based excavation from the webbing tensioning.
Printed without support. That turns out in a bit ugly surface under the center diverter. But this will be smoothed after tensioning the webbing a few times. Tensioning get better with every time you use the weblock.
