what a good dad! It's sooo cute! :)

Nice model! I just uploaded my pic of one I made with green PLA on a Rep2 with .2mm slices. The feet came unstuck before the build was done but it didn't come loose.

Awesome printed a bunch :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) (:

From my inital test's the test_frog is much harder to print than the large frog. I'm gussesing that the test_frog is just a scaled down version of the big frog and and too many verticies in the frog's toes. This slows down the Makerbot and results in poor build qualtiy.

Awesome frog. I printed them in white ABS and colored them with colored permanent markers (idea based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5590)http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... and they came out awesome. Thanks for a great design!

I'm printing a little family of them right now! :)

This is funny... We have toy frogs to thank for the invention of FDM in the first place:
"In 1998 [Scott Crump] set out to make a toy frog for his 2-year-old daughter. Using a handheld glue gun, and armed with a home-cooked slurry of polyethylene and candle wax, he built the shape layer by layer. After burning through 13 weekends and $10,000 on digital-plotting equipment, Crump's wife, Lisa, declared: "Quit or incorporate!""

I'm guessing 1998 in that article should be 1988 since Stratasys was founded in 1990. :)

It's a fun little print. the temp was too high and I think it made some sloppy points but other that that it turned out great! I'm naming mine frank the blue makerbot frog

Great frogs - perfect for amphibian lovers!
