First attempt designing a crescent wrench. It works surprisingly well (I designed tolerances in to the mechanical components), however is more of a proof of concept as PLA is pretty weak.
MakerGeeks PLA/doesn't matter
• wrench_screw.stl doesn't require support, all other pieces do.
• wrench_body.stl and wrench_screw.stl using 50% infill , and wrench_clamp.stl using 100% infill (for screw wrack strength).
• I had to do some light/mild deburring/sanding on the threads to get everything sliding smoothly. Also lubed slider surfaces with lithium grease, don't lube thread surfaces otherwise you'll get your hands greasy every time you operate the wrench.
• Screw is affixed via M3 screw from the bottom (you'll see it).
