Save your pulling for the lift and not your plate changes with this is a little deadlift ramp. Roll your loaded barbell onto these and slide plates on with ease. You can do one side at a time, or print 2 and do both sides at the same time. The ramp is gradual enough that roll effort is very easy. The lift height is small (pictured), but that's all you need.
The cup is sized for standard 450mm plates (bumpers or 45 steelies).
By default the ramp will print on its side, but you can print it flat as well.
I've made three different ramp angles that are a tradeoff between ease of rolling up the ramp, and how secure the load is once in the ramp. They are 9°, 15°, 19°, and a smoothed 18°.
The wedge is plenty strong at even low infill %'s. At 20%, I've loaded up 405 with no problem. Add more to increase strength.
