Nice design. Given most of the time we use even number of batteries it would be good to make one that's 4x4 instead of 3x5.

I second the motion to simply add another file for AAA.  

I added the DXF file so you can change it to AAA. :)

You can scale it 0.725 and it will fit AAA. :)

Did 0.725 work well when you tried it? Just based on the numbers I'm seeing 0.881

Can't remember.. That was almost 5 years ago haha :P

Haha got it. I think I was measuring length-wise anyway, so your number is likely to be right
