JGAurora Z603S does not support TPU printing. If you insist to print TPU, filament will bend and come out before it goes into the hot end. So you need something to keep it straight before it is pushed into the hot end.
I designed this thing by TinkerCad. It is a permanent add-on to the original Z603S extruder, the small hole is for the filament and the big hole is for the spring, you'll figure out how it works.
This addon works perfectly on my Z603S, compatible for PLA and TPU. JGAurora may change the extruder design and machines may have slight differences from one to one. So I do not promise that it will work for you, it's at your own risk.
No Brand PLA/ABS
Printing is very easy. A resolution from 0.1 to 0.2 will always work.
Some sanding for the filament hole (the small hole) helps.
Install this into the extruder. You may need to remove the cooling fan first, then take out the handle, screw, spring and the wheel. The wheel should be placed into the extruder along with this addon, otherwise it will be very difficult to move in. Hope this helps.
Red area represents the installation.
I have tried 6 prints, luckily the the sixth one worked, as you can see the 5 failed ones in the picture.
Failed 5 siblings.
