I made this to gift homebrews. Designed for six 0.33L longneck bottles with a max diameter of 62mm.
Warning: I first printed this with 20% infill which failed when loaded with bottles and shaken a bit. Printing the main body with 100% infill seems to be strong enough, but I haven't tested this until failure. Make sure the print is strong enough before use to avoid spilling precious beer :)
Main Body - Sixpack.stl
The model is mostly thin walls, but there is definitely a weak spot where the short threaded rods attach to the flat part and in the rods themselves. You need good layer adhesion here.
Layer height: 0.35mm and 0.1mm for the threaded parts.
The threads should be printed at a smaller layer height to work correctly. Set overall layer heigth to 0.35mm for faster printing, but print in 0.1mm from 125.8 to 137mm Z height
Extrusion width: 0.5mm
The walls are 1.5 mm thick, so setting extrusion width to 0.5mm results in a nice toolpath.
Layer height: 0.35mm
Layer height: 0.1mm
