the ebay lights are mislabeled - they need to be run well under 12v. they are not current limited. Bottom line you are going to need a current limiting resistor. The resistor will limit the current draw to well under (much under). 1amp.. any power supply will work be it wall wart.

to go from 24 to 12v you will need a buck converter

Hello, I'm curious what power supply you're using to drive this? If the modules are in series, are you driving it with 24V?

thanks for the make.. I have a 12v power bus in my work area driven by a 24amp mean-well power supply. I have a resistor in the lamp. I enjoyed your video btw
