I printed this today. I used supports which complicated the part and made it messy. But it still works great.
Finally my filament is feeding in straight instead of digging into the plastic feed hole. :)

May I ask on which side was it printed on? It was designed to be printed on the back side (where the filament comes from) thus using minimal support.

Works very well with my CR10. Prints easily but support is needed for the base of the guide and the roller. Have attached the corner slot of the guide to the extruder unit with epoxy.
To keep the filament away from the vertical z-axis screw I use a PLA printed U shaped profile. Photo attached.

Is the corner slot not tight enough for the CR10? I'm using the Ender3 and figured it would be the same.
Any way I'm glad to hear that it works well for you!

slot is quite tight but epoxy is really needed for a permanent hold
