Before printing, one would want to check the slicer settings to adjust the layers in two prints. Because the two models are merged, there appears to be missing and/or deformed areas underneath the Viking, and between the notched cylinder hole.
My first print attempts resulted in the Viking separating from the base.
I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the print. Was the Viking separating at the feet, or was the platform he's on separating from the knob? I ask because the platform he's on is a part of his file, not the extruder knob, and is buried inside the knob. If you'd like I can save it again as a whole solid object, this just causes some of the detail in the model to be lost. My slicer (cura) did this conversion automatically so it didn't occur to me there'd be any issues.
