A simple hand grenade model that can be printed in 4 parts. I'm still working on the pin for it.

Print at 50% from what the STL loads as.

I created a STL for the pin but it looks a bit too thin to print. I will give it a try. Maybe better to actually use a metal pin.

Also there is a location in the top for a spring to be installed. This will push the handle up when the pin is removed.

Print from STL at 50%.

The pin for the handle is a bit small to print properly so I suggest just using a metal pin like a small nail.

Does anyone know the weight? I can't figure out how to get it.

The weight depends a lot on how its printed and the fill rate.I know some people who printed it filled the center which is hollow with lead shot to give it some mass when you hold it.

Anyone else finding it huge ?

Scale it in to mm. Some CAD systems create the STL in the wrong units.

For even better result, could you split the top part in two halves?

I'm not sure how to spit it to make it easier to print. I printed in as shown in the picture with the round part down and supports enabled to hold the overhung part.

Can you hollow it out to put weight it by any chance? Or not can you, but could you. I don't have a printer anyways just curious

cool. are there any parts made of metal?

I would use a piece of metal wire to make the clip since it is so thin. Other than that its all printable.
