I love the FlySky i6X Receiver for it's reliability and range and also the possibility to have 14 channels and an RSSI channel with modded firmware. But in Planes sometimes it is hard to find a good mount point if you don't have a 30.5mm Flight controller stack and the short antennas.
So for my Sonicmodell AR wing I decided to make some simple clips that can be put on the carbon rod and hold the receiver and keep the nice antenna place at the sides of the Motor Canopy. Worked perfect on first try.
Just screw the clips on the receiver with 2x M2 screws and nuts and clip it to the 6mm carbon rod. Holds tight and safe and the antennas have the perfect length. Mirror the part for the second one for symmetric mount.
print with 3 perimeters and 30% Line infill to get a bit flex on the clips.
