champx, that is a great thing! I only wanted to learn 3D to print THIS bike! ;)
Thank you very much!

спасибо за конструкцию вилки, пригодилось.

You should print that in carbon fiber it will last longer!

Great bike for ideal roads.
One hole on a road can break frame, pedals and can got to hospital :)

i have some real custom bike and a klunker.

this type of bike is to ride across beach, slowly

when i want to ride on dirty road i take my klunker

I dont know how many times I saw this thinking it was a full size bike. Cool!

thanks, i wanted a realistic bike as possible.

Do some parts need to be printed with flex filament or can it all be in pla? What is this flex called? Sorr
Y I am pretty new to printing.

yes yon can print all parts in pla.
flex is just to add realistic sensation on handle/tire/seat

flex is a soft material: ninjaflex, TPU

Can we get a banana for scale? :P

yes i will make a banana seat ;) it's good idea

What is a 3d printer???

Beautiful bike, great work. Like!

Scale it up, giant 3D printer, metal filament, titanum or aluminum, couple bucks, alright, no need buy premade.

Amazing Awesome!!!

for this frame type, a bending tool and a good welder are sufficient to do the job!

with a giant metal printer, the idea was to make a fucking awesome bike! ;)

Ikr. But sometimes you have to do the other way around for some reason.

this makes me giggle :) "a project for good diy competence"

We have a misunderstanding.
I am not making fun of you at all.. i just said the one part in the description made me giggle - something completely different.
here in switzerland we love that french accent, as i it always sounds slightly funny, sarcastiv or erotic to us even when in english.
btw i am german speaking.
I wasnt even bothering about the content of the sentence. Though I know i am a not a diy guy rather professional designer.
So i can understand how it could have made you angry. sorry.

ok sorry too!
i'm not really good in english...

now i'm understanding that you say! ;)

I know it says a 3mm axle for crank is that just a bolt not sure what to use. the bike is awesome. I really appreciate the help.

a 3mm rod or just simply a 3mm x35mm screw that you cut the head

I thought I was looking at an instructables project

A few years ago I actually made the identical front fork for a full sized bicycle. Even though the top moves slightly it works really well.

This is a model of a BASMAN bicycle.

yes, it's similar

Can you actually turn the pedals?

no on this version. pedals are to small. the design is adapted to gluing

Nice, the fork is identical to a Columbia Springer. I have one on a custom bike I've built.

What printer did u use to make that frame?

a 2 years old geeetech I3 Pro-B

bike frame was designed to fit on my 20cmx20cm bed

(with custom homemade e3dv6, can print flex shore45 easily! )

great work! modeling a bike is truly a challenge :D (if you want to make a legit one)

It was not really difficult, using a follow curve tool

All i gotta say is "WOW"! can't wait to print the completed version.

now, the completed version is ok and online!

This thing is amazing. I'm going to attempt to print this item and also, make the parts that are supposed to be rubber, out of ninjaflex.

Tires are printed in filaflex, but I think with a 1.01 scale you can print them in pla
