Here is a redesigned part cooler made from scratch by me. It is designed to fit on the TronXY X1 and is a MAJOR improvement over many of the part coolers I have seen and used from here.
Complicated designs seem great on paper but with tiny 40mm fans pushing 0.0001m^3 /s of air through are just too restrictive. These fan ducts utilise a simple geometry that has been tested and shown to reduce induced friction and provide the maximum, unobstructed, even airflow.
It is designed to just use either 1 Fan as most people use or 2 which gives the best results and means rotation of parts doesn't matter when slicing. I quickly made a Y-splitter and the Tronxy Mainboard has no problem running the 2 Fans simultaneously.
Included with the images is a before and after (Grey before, White After) of using the fans and using the most popular (Ring fan mount) found on here.
Included is a cable router that although not necessary is recommended to improve the long life of the printers cables. This can be used with or without the heatsink fan and side fans.
Suuntu Pla+ PLA
Print a mirror image of the side fan to get the second side.
Print all the fan mounts with the face touching the fan against the bed, support is required for the attachment points on the side fan but not on the heatsink fan.
Use support on the Cable Router Lower ledge.
Don't use supports on heatsink fan mount.
Don't use supports on vane inside the side fan ducts.
