The cover doesn't stay shut and falls out when picking up main body, should I print it at 101% or 102%, so it has some more drag on the main body and stays shut.

Have you thought about increasing the slant on the air vents? I'd be afraid that if you had a swirling snow or blowing rain some dould get in.

Hey PrinterDad, this is probably Debashish´ least problem in India. But I don't think so, this should work ok.

I struggled more with the solar panel (eg. battery recharging) and the heat of the sun. On one hand you should place the box into the shade for proper temperature readings but on the other hand the solar panel needs a lot of light (especially with an update frequency set to 1 minute). This is why I did a remix. The new box (V2.1) is a good compromise, but it also gets hot in the sun and not enough power to recharge in the shade. Now I consider to remix again and build a two part solution - the box and the solar panel as a separated solution.


Edit: I changed the sample time to 10 minutes and since then it is just perfect. Box sits in the shade but gets enough light to recharge.
